Two warranties protect every job we do. The manufacturer's product warranty covers the flooring material itself — typically 15 years to lifetime depending on what you choose. Our written workmanship warranty covers the part most installers won't put in writing: the quality of the installation.

Lifting or separating planks, failed seams and transitions, hollow or loose tile from our set, installation-caused squeaks, and gaps tied to our install. If our work caused it, we fix it.
Flood and leak damage, accidents, pet damage, and wear from improper maintenance aren't workmanship — but we repair these through our floor-repair service and can document them for insurance.
