How long does flooring installation take?
A room or two is usually 1–2 days; whole-home jobs take longer, especially if the subfloor needs leveling or tear-out. You get a firm timeline with your written estimate.
Do you move furniture and remove the old floor?
Yes. We can handle furniture moving, tear-out, and haul-away of your old floor — listed as line items in your estimate so you know exactly what's included.
What is the BVA 52-Point Floor-Ready Standard?
It's our documented, 52-point quality checklist covering site assessment, moisture testing, subfloor prep, acclimation, installation, and final inspection. Every floor passes it before we call the job done.
Do you do moisture testing?
Always. Even waterproof flooring sits on a subfloor that can hold or transmit moisture. Documented moisture testing and a 48–72 hour acclimation window are standard on every BVA install — it's how we prevent mold, cupping, and adhesive failure.
